Leadership

	Julia Langford. Headteacher "I joined The Ryleys School in 2011 and have been the headteacher of The Ryleys School for over five years. We have a truly unique blend of inspiring teachers, extensive facilities and supportive families. As a result, our pupils are ambitious, quietly confident and happy. I look forward to welcoming many more families to our school."

	Kate Watson. School Business Manager Kate brings a wealth of experience from both the finance and education sectors, with a strong focus on effective school business management. As School Business Manager at The Ryleys School, she plays a key role in overseeing the school's financial and operational functions, ensuring resources are used efficiently to support pupils' learning and development. Kate is delighted to be part of The Ryleys' warm and welcoming community, where she enjoys supporting families and contributing to the school’s continued success.
