Job Description:
Early Years Practitioner - Full Time

Role and Responsibilities:
Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and stimulating activities for children aged 1-4 years old.
Ensure children's safety and wellbeing at all times, taking responsibility for every aspect of their care and routines.
Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development by creating a positive, enjoyable learning environment.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff in order to facilitate labelling and learning development.
Develop positive and productive relationships with parents, ensuring they are kept well informed of their child's progress and development.
Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for the children.
Follow and comply with policies, procedures, and legal obligations of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Requirements:
- A suitable Early Years Education qualification.
- Experience working with young children, preferably within a nursery or Early Years setting.
- Passionate about the academic, emotional, and physical development of children.
- Ability to support the children in self-care, development, and play activities.
- Excellent communication, social, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.
- A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work, able to adapt to various situations and challenging circumstances.
