Pre-School Sensory walk

Pre School Sensory Walk activity at The Ryleys School, a prep school in CheshireAccording to research, allowing children to go barefoot can be beneficial for their development.

It strengthens their foot muscles, improves balance and coordination, enhances sensory perception by allowing them to feel different textures, and stimulates nerve endings in the feet, potentially contributing to better brain development and body awareness.

It certainly generated lots of giggles for our Pre School pupils when they each took turns on our own indoor sensory walk.
