River Testing
Our Eco Club were on an urgent special mission this week with Iain Baillie from Friends of The Carrs.
Sadly, pollution entered the River Bollin 2 weeks ago, immediately killing hundreds of fish and severely damaging the delicate eco system.
The team helped Mr Baillie carry out important water quality tests and record the results.
Thank you team for prioritising our environment and bringing these important issues to our attention. Thankfully the water quality levels show signs of improvement, and the ecosystem can begin its recovery.
