From The Head - Last Day of Term 2025

From The Head - Last Day of Term, 2025

Believe it or not, we have completed another year!  It is hard to process how time has flown and how much we do and complete during the academic year.  It has been a year filled with learning, laughter, growth and development, creating lasting memories.

Our Year 6 leavers were given a very emotional send off this morning.  Their beautiful poem, slideshow and performance in the assembly provoked widespread weeping in the audience!  What was particularly poignant were the words of the parents expressing their gratitude and the difference The Ryleys School experience has made to their child which is exactly what we hope to achieve.  We will miss you all, Year 6 and families.  Well done - you have been amazing.

Thank you to our parents and the school community for all your support and partnership this year, and the lovely end of year gifts and notes you so generously take the time to provide to the staff - it really is very appreciated.

The average person will have 75 summers and time passes very quickly, so make sure you treasure every moment and enjoy every possible experience with the people you love.

Heading into the summer is a time for reflection on what has passed and then looking ahead to what is yet to come.  A new academic year is an exciting time filled with new possibilities, and a fresh start.  We can't wait to share it with you.

Have a wonderful summer and best wishes to you all.
