Big Breakfast

The annual fund-raising 'Big Breakfast' proved very popular again this year as a total of £937.10 was raised for The Christie Hospital, a fantastic amount and quite an achievement in under 2 hours.

Well done to the event organisers Julia Tanner and Sam Halfpenney and also to Vicky Johnson, Nicole Brough and all the mums who helped to serve the bacon butties, sausage rolls and all the lovely cakes and croissants. Many thanks, too, to those who helped behind the scenes, especially chef Mark, the team of tidy uppers and the washer uppers including our gap students for whom getting up so early was not easy!!
