The Ryleys School in Alderley Edge has had another exceptional set of results in this year’s hotly contested Alderley Edge Music, Speech and Drama Festival.

During the Easter break, 13 children from The Ryleys School in Alderley Edge visited South Africa on a musical tour of the area, raising money for disadvantaged local children with a talent for music.

The Ryleys School Choir is visiting South Africa on a goodwill tour, between 4th and 14th April 2012. The Chamber Choir will be performing alongside various South African school choirs in a programme of performances in a number of locations. The children will experience the music of the Rainbow Nation and hope to add another hue all the way from the heart of England.

The Lollipop Fashion Show 2011

The second annual ‘Lollipop Fashion Show’ staged by pupils and staff from The Ryleys School in Alderley Edge, is being heralded as a huge success, having raised a staggering £18,200 for Cancer Research.
