Geology 101
Year 3 enjoyed a fantastic practical lesson about geology and the formation of various rock types.
Using malleable sweeties, the children created models of sedimentary, metamorphic and igneous rocks. The science lab smelt like a sweetie shop for the remainder of the day, and the children loved learning about this interesting topic, in a memorable way.
